The Marianists were represented along with many other Brothers, Sisters and Priests at the World Day For Consecrated Life. The afternoon consisted of Vespers, presided by Archbishop Gustavo García-Siller, M.Sp.S., and then a reception complete with a chocolate fountain.

Three St. Mary’s University Students – Eric, Michael, and Brad – are participating in daily prayer, sharing in community meals and engaging in everyday life at the Casa Maria Community in order to see see, first-hand, the different aspects of the life as a Marianist brother.

Students, faculty and staff joined the Casa Maria Community for prayer, socializing, dinner and dessert on Tuesday November 16th. Our prayer was in memory of the six Jesuits and two women that were martyred in El Salvador. Chicken Noodle Soup and Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwiches set the stage for delicious and elaborate Turkey dessert.
Bro. Brandon shares his story at Vocation Event
October 30, 2010Bro. Brandon was one of the three speakers at the “Meet the Marianists” event hosted by the Vocation Office on Thursday, October 28th. The event started with a great dinner and then Fr. Pat, Sr. Marcia and Bro. Brandon shared their vocation stories and answered questions.
Casa Tuesday: September 28
September 28, 2010Approximately thirty students, faculty and staff joined the Casa Maria Community for Crispy Tacos on Tuesday, September 28th. This was the second “Tuesdays at Casa” of the year due to the renovation of the kitchen. Pictures of the new and improved kitchen are forthcoming.
